Basically all I did was I took a snapshot of the cat and edited so it had a mouth. Then I added in the question bubble and the words, brought it into an animating program and Voila!

I was into Kyo Kara Maoh at the time. I don't even know why I'm obsessed with the baaing cat. In the anime, I was so hoping it would open its mouth and say Baa!
Grr...well now it does!
